Chapter 3

A Paradigm Shift

Obesity and a reliance on prescription pills are rampant in developed countries all over the world. More than 60 percent of the world’s population is overweight, and 59 percent of Americans currently rely on prescription drugs to battle chronic conditions like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, poor blood circulation, heart conditions, and more.

As a civilization, we need to wake up and realize that there’s a better way to live. That there is a natural, efficient way to address ALL health issues. While man-made quick fixes such as prescription pills may mask symptoms just like a band aide, they are doing far more damage than good.

It’s impossible to efficiently solve a problem without first getting to the root cause of it. The problem will continue to exist, even if it’s not as obvious now that it’s masked by drugs. The root problem – the stuck, stagnant energy – doesn’t just go away. It always finds a way to manifest in your reality in other ways.

The key to solving any kind of problem is to first understand what’s causing the issue.

Once you have a little more knowledge about your condition, you can then begin the process of natural healing. Natural healing means gradually releasing the stagnant energy (also known as dis-ease) from the body, through various forms of energy work.

But how do I do that? How do I just ‘release’ dis-ease from my body? And what is energy work, anyway?

There are several forms of energy work that can help you to accomplish this goal of natural healing. The Organic Transformation focuses on three specific healing modalities: a plant-based diet, yoga, and positive thinking.

If you put in the right fuel now, you’ll have less problems down the road. Likewise, if you eat the right foods now, you won’t need the pills later. You will be able to heal from the inside out.

Man-made drugs were only created to offer society an easy, no-hassle alternative to a plant-based diet.

Except the plant-based diet works better – every single time.

Not only will you feel better because your symptoms will have gone away, but you can know with confidence that they will be gone for good. No more pills needed. If you let it, nature has always – and will always – take care of you.

Non-Foods

Potato chips. Candy. Ice cream. Cereal. Protein bars. Store-bought sauces and condiments. High-fructose corn syrup. Processed flour. Frozen meals. Canned goods. Fast food. These are some examples of what I like to call “non-foods.” They are not natural, pure, or real – and they have no rightful place in your body.

Non-foods contain modified substances masquerading around as real food that wreak havoc on the body. Non-foods have been proven to cause dis-ease and inflammation within the body, yet for some reason they are inexpensive, convenient, readily available everywhere, and promoted through various media channels.

A good question to ask yourself is: WHY?

Why are there tons of commercials on fast food and prescription pills, but none on fruit and vegetables? Why instead do the media promote man-made products that make us sick, instead of promoting a healthy, natural lifestyle that has been proven to cure every disease known to mankind?

    This book/series is a must for anyone who is ready to transform their lives on all levels. Jennifer lays out how to make the transformation to excellent health on all levels. She explains the whys and hows and provides two programs to choose from based on your needs and lifestyle to help you make the transition into your best life. And she is a living example of this program!
