    The simple but delicious recipes in this book are perfect for an easy and healthy meal at home after a long day at work. They don’t require a ton of prep time but they taste just as good as recipes that do. This book is my go-to for easy & delicious vegan meals after a long day at work. I can now keep it healthy even when I’m tired! Thank you Jennifer!
